Our Team
Isaac Gruenebaum
CEO
Concord Mediation Group was founded by mediation expert Isaac Gruenebaum. Isaac was trained in basic and advanced mediation skills by Sequoia Stalder of Stalder Mediation, and in divorce mediation by Kenneth Neumann, PhD at The Center for Mediation and Training.
A former employee at New City Beis Din, Isaac has a comprehensive understanding of the divorce process. His extensive experience is evident in the quality of his services.
Isaac is driven by his passion for helping others. His calming personality is a welcome reassurance for couples going through divorce.


Ilana Blass
Attorney and Mediator
Ilana Blass graduated from the Cardozo School of Law in 2003, where she was a member of the Cardozo Law Review. She then spent six years as an associate at the law firm of Debevoise & Plimpton. Ilana subsequently joined the Beth Din of America, serving as the administrative attorney overseeing the commercial and matrimonial caseload and practicing commercial and matrimonial mediation. Ilana joined Concord Mediation Group in 2021 where she serves as a mediator and attorney.
Hon. William Warren
Senior Mediator
Family Court Judge William Warren was the Senior Family Court Judge for Rockland County until his retirement in April 2015. Judge Warren’s judicial career began in 1988 and he has presided over thousands of family law cases during his career. Judge Warren is a graduate of Columbia College in 1968, has a Master’s Degree in education from New York University and earned a Law Degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1974. He has served as an instructor or adjunct professor at Rockland Community College, Ramapo College and Manhattanville College.
Judge Warren has been recognized by several Bar Associations for his work in promoting understanding between the legal profession and the community. He has served in various capacities on the boards of many community organizations. Since his retirement in 2015 Judge Warren has been certified as a mediator for the 9th Judicial District of the Unified Court System. He has conducted many mediations both privately and court ordered. He specializes in family mediations including matrimonial and child custody proceedings. In 2020 he was certified in Advance Matrimonial Mediation.
